1. What is an ebook ?

An "ebook" is an electronic book, readable on a pc, laptop and some handheld devices.

2. How do I buy an ebook from you ?

Firstly, choose the ebook you wish to purchase here. At the bottom of each ebook description you will find a "buy now" icon. Clicking on this will take you to Paypal's secure order processing facility where you will be able to safely pay by credit card or use an existing Paypal balance if you have one.

3. I do not have a Paypal account. How can I pay for the ebook I wish to purchase ?

4. How can I be sure that it is safe to use my credit card ?

All your private and personal information is very safe. We use Paypal, created by the famous auction site Ebay, as our credit card processor. All your information is entered into their secure servers. You may verify that the server is secure as a yellow padlock icon will be displayed in the bottom right hand corner of your browser window whilst on the payment screen.

5. How are your ebooks delivered ?

Immediately after making a payment a download box will open on your screen from where you can choose where to save the ebook to on your computer.

6. I lost my internet connection whilst downloading an ebook I purchased from you. What do I do now ?

Simply Contact Us and we will will get back to you as soon as possible with download instructions.

7. What are resale rights ?

Resale rights on our ebooks allow you to sell them on yourself and keep 100% of the profits.

8. What are master resale rights ?

Master resale rights on our ebooks give you standard resale rights as above, plus the authority to give your customers resell rights too.

9. What are the System Requirements for reading your ebooks ?

For ebooks with a .pdf extension you will require Adobe Acrobat Reader (already installed on newer computers). If you do not have it, click here to download it for free.

For ebooks with a .exe extension you will require one of the following Operating Systems - Windows 95 / 98 / Me / NT / 2000 / XP

Internet Explorer 4 or newer is also required.

10. The ebook I downloaded is "zipped". What do I need to do ?
